Peter founded People First in 1998 as an Organizational Development & Design consulting company. He built his practice on experience gained through various positions in Relationship Management, Human Resources and Organizational Development in industries such as Real Estate Development, Manufacturing and Education. Peter has a background in Psychology and Criminology, and a Master’s in Business Administration along with Doctoral studies focusing in Organizational Culture.
