Every team also has individuals who are self-oriented, and that’s okay. They say “I” instead of “we” when they speak. They aren’t bad employees, they just work differently. It’s essential to discover what motivates these individuals to succeed.

Peter Bedard has been helping entrepreneurial companies with Organizational Development Consulting for over 15 years. This service will help companies articulate and execute people strategies that support growth and adapt to change. Your vision is important. We help you design the structure to align with your vision and identify the leaders and teams who will be empowered to manage the business. We work shoulder to shoulder with you to help implement our recommendations.

Managing Culturally Diverse Teams
